Sedimentum – Suppuration Morphogénésiaque (Mucosal Death Metal)

Nice I just came up with another new genre tag. I mean, let’s face it, these days there’s just too much out there and too much melding of styles to just say “death metal” and expect people to get it. So like, if we call Canada’s Sedimentum as such, where does that leave us? Do they sound like Killing Addiction, maybe Dissection? Lol, no! So let’s give them their own thing! This is mucosal death metal folks, meaning it sounds like something that would come out of your lungs or nose before you die, or it will at least clog your windpipe so that you can only gag.

Lol you want me to say something else? I already said it! This is a type of death metal that sounds like lungs filled with mucous, duh! The riffs are incredibly sunken in the stuff, dragging down the rest of the sound until even Mucinex won’t save you. DM version too, forget it, you’re done. The vocals stick it all together, further, with their runny, gas-huffer delivery. I mean dude sounds like his eyes are watering and dripping goo is spilling out of every orifice. Just filthy, nasty, internal infection-sounding death metal. No complaints, only love, so you should join in.
