Well these guys are certainly a spooky mystery. I have no clue where they came from but with the amount of cacophony they wretch I should! I know they’re form Canada, but figuratively speaking with the type of eerie, dragging death metal these guys play it’s only from the ground they could have possibly been born. From where in the hell did Décryptal spew?
Sabazios Culte is a putrid gathering of ghosts wretched from the deepest of holes. Considering its general shortness, you’d be surprised how fresh this one sounds with every listen. It’s the kind of album you’re never sure has finished and then realize you heard the entirety probably four times in a row already. Grotesque hooks, a thin layer of ugliness over the production, cavernous vocals, damn!
