Spektr is a mysterious French black metal duo known for their experimental and mind-altering approach. The band takes delight in delivering an infinitely dark, at times psychotic aura, and transmuting black metal's reins into a loose form. Shrouded in a veil of vocalless, industrial and ambient-infected secrecy, the duo's music stands as a metaphor for a trip into the uncomfortable unknown. The Art to Disappear was released in several formats in 2016, but most important of all was this, the clear, black splatter vinyl edition that comes with a special poster and patch in addition to the album.
